Theorem 5. In order that a function

\[ \varphi(t)\in AT_{\gamma,x}(0,u], \qquad x \geqslant 0, \]

it is necessary and sufficient that it be representable in the form of the difference of two such functions of the class \(R_{\gamma}(0,u]\), the sum of which belongs to the class \(AC_{\gamma,x}(0,u]\).
