On p. 292, line 13, where it is printed “assumes,” it should read “is assumed.”

On p. 292, line 5 from the bottom, where it is printed \(S + K\), it should read \(S + k\).

On p. 292, formula (4), where it is printed \(\alpha \|P_{0x}\|^2\), it should read \(\alpha \|P_{0x}\|^r\).
