In our article (S. S. Kabalkina, S. V. Popova, N. R. Serebryanaya, L. F. Vereshchagin, “On a new modification of Ag₂O with a layered structure”), printed in Doklady Akademii Nauk, vol. 152, no. 4, 1963, on p. 854 the phrase in line 17 from the bottom should read:
The distance between atoms in Ag₂OII (Ag—O 2.16 Å, Ag—Ag 3.04 Å) indicates the ionic-covalent nature of the bond between silver and oxygen atoms within the layer and the closeness of the nature of the interaction between layers to metallic (metallic radius Ag 1.44 Å).
