On p. 70, line 6, printed

should read

\[ M_1^{(r^{-1}-r_2^{-1})/(r_2^{-1}r_1^{-1})} \quad M_2^{(r_1^{-1}-r^{-1})/(r_2^{-1}-r_1^{-1})}. \]

On p. 70, line 10, instead of 0.644 there should be 0.592.
